To make our first conversation as useful as possible, it helps if you can speak to a few quick specifics about your agency. No prep required; these are just what I usually ask on an intro call.

What is your annual revenue? So I can suggest the right level of engagement from day one.
How many people are in your technology function? Including anyone, internal or external, who supports billing, CR, credentialing or integrations.
Is there a project manager supporting technology? Helpful context for how I plug into your existing rhythm without slowing things down.
